Five doors into one record.

Parents and teachers get phone apps they install once. The office, HR and the exam cell get desktop workspaces. All of them read and write the same student, the same fee ledger, the same timetable.

What a parent wants to know, without calling the school.

Sign in with the mobile number the school already has. Every child in the family on one screen, in Hindi or English.

  • Attendance, live. The month as a calendar, marked the moment the class teacher saves. Late and absent are different colours.
  • Fees, month by month. Dues till today, what was paid, every receipt as a PDF. Pay online with UPI or card, or pay ahead.
  • The day at school. Period-wise timetable with the lesson the teacher logged and the homework set.
  • Marks and report cards. Published report cards exactly as printed, unit tests as they are entered, syllabus PDFs per subject.

Attendance, marks and the lesson log, from the classroom.

Each teacher sees only their classes and subjects. Class 11 and 12 electives roster themselves; a student’s subject swaps follow them onto every sheet.

  • Attendance in under a minute. Roster with present, absent, late. Saved marks reach parents immediately; unmarked classes show on the office dashboard.
  • Marks entry with guard rails. Exam papers set up by the office, a 10-minute edit window after entry, then locked.
  • Lesson log and homework per period. What was taught, what to do at home, straight into the parent’s timetable.

Biometric or face kiosk at the gate, reporting-time rules per department, leave, and a monthly payroll run that reads all of it.

  • Punches become attendance. Kiosk taps resolve against each person’s reporting time; late and absent are computed, not judged.
  • Payroll in one run. Structured or fixed pay, EPF and ESI per person, loss of pay against the leave quota, advances recovered. Draft, finalise, pay.
  • Payslips and bank file. PDF payslips per employee, one CSV for the bank.
  • Documents with a lock. Certificates and ID uploaded by staff themselves; the super admin locks the set and controls who can view.

Exams set up once, report cards that cannot be published half-done.

The exam cell defines papers, weightages and the report-card template per class. Teachers enter, the system normalises, a hard gate blocks publishing until every entry exists.

  • Report-card templates from your own cards. Per-class schemes, composite subjects (Science from Physics, Chemistry, Biology), grades and remarks.
  • Publish to parents as a snapshot. What the parent sees is what was printed; later edits never change a published card.
  • Board registration. Class 9 and 11 registration lists, Class 10 and 12 candidate lists with the fields the board asks for.
  • Timetable, lesson plans, monthly tests. Coverage heatmaps that know who was absent, so nobody is chased for a period they did not teach.

Most school software is four products stitched together with exports. Skolix is one student record, one fee ledger and one timetable, with five apps reading and writing it under strict per-role rules.

  • 1The office admits a student. Class, section, fee structure, transport and photo become the record. The parent’s number becomes their login.
